Dale Smith

Regional Manager

Dale Smith is the Regional Manager at our Arndell Park office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Originally from Queensland, Dale moved to Sydney in 1999 and has built a strong career focused on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. He is passionate about learning about the businesses we partner with and finding the best ways to support their growth through effective recruitment solutions.

Outside of work, Dale lives in Glenmore Park with his wife and two children. He enjoys following both the NRL and AFL, proudly supporting Brisbane in both codes, and plays a round of golf every fortnight, more for the enjoyment than the score.

With a well-rounded background in the Polish, UK, and Australian markets, she has developed a strong track record of success in connecting businesses with the right talent and forging lasting partnerships.

Katie's approach is centered on building strong, authentic relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders, ensuring that their business needs are met with precision and care. This is evident in her hands-on approach, always ensuring face-to-face interactions with both clients and candidates to guarantee a deeper understanding and more effective communication.

Front Office Coordinator

Kshitiz “Kenzo” Waiba is the Front Office Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals (Arndell Park). He brings over three years of customer service experience, having worked with Global Mark and Specsavers. Kenzo is passionate about delivering positive client experiences and maintaining a welcoming front office environment. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and going for runs to stay active and unwind.
